The Puerta América is located on Avenida de América, just five minutes from the exclusive Salamanca district (business and shopping area), perfectly connected to the airport and the IFEMA exhibition center.

The Puerta América offers a shuttle service from the Hotel to Madrid Barajas - Adolfo Suárez Airport and the city centre of Madrid. These routes are made in both directions (to/from) and between 07:00am and 09:00pm every day of the year.
Pick-up at the airport is subject to availability and extra cost, depending on the number of places and times. We recommend booking in advance through our Reception Department. To do so, please contact us with the number of people, the flight number and the airport terminal you will be arriving at. Cartagena Metro station is just 200 metres from the hotel and only 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid.
Avenida de América is the main entrance road to Madrid city centre. From the Barcelona motorway or the A2 motorway, take exit 4C towards Corazón de María and continue 400 metres along the service road to the main door of the Puerta América. Some devices may not recognise the main address of the hotel (Avenida de América, 41). In that case, use the following address: Calle Corazón de María, 10, located at the rear of the hotel and with direct access to the parking facility. |
